I speak Connemara Irish, and my input will often reflect that.
I will do an mp3 file on request for short translations.

I loved Bhríd's suggestion though, using marcailte, which for me (a beginner) sounded great.

If I make a mix and match with the phrases above, I wonder if I can get something coherent/meaningful out of it?

"Tá na nóiméid is fearr marcailte ar m'anam;
níl ar mo chraiceann ach cuimhneacháin díobh."

I'd love the word "marcailte" to be in there instead of tatú. :P

I think that was meant to be marcáilte with a síneadh fada over the second a, wasn't it a Bhríd? ;)

It does have a nicer ring to it than tatú. :yes:

Is fearr Gaeilge ḃriste ná Béarla cliste, cinnte, aċ i ḃfad níos fearr aríst í Gaeilge ḃinn ḃeo na nGaeltaċtaí.
Gaeilge Chonnacht (GC), go háraid Gaeilge Chois Fhairrge (GCF), Gaeilic Uladh (GU), Gaelainn na Mumhan (GM), agus Gaeilge an Chaighdeáin Oifigiúil (CO).
