This is another of those questions that will vary according to dialect because the preferred method of saying "how" in each dialect is slightly different:
Cé' chaoi a bhfuil ... ? "How ... ?" (GC)
Goidé mar atá ... ? "How ... ?" (GU)
Conas atá ... ? "How ... ?" (GM, CO)
Cad é is the same a
goidé in Ulster Irish.

(crossed with Lughaidh).
I think Connemara speakers sometimes also use
cé mar as well (but not
cad é mar usually).
The usual spelling of
cé' chaoi is
cén chaoi but I've removed the n to better represent the pronunciation. However, dropping of the n between consonants is normal practice in native Connemara Irish.
This should give:
Cé' chaoi a bhfuil ag éirí leat ? "How are you getting on ?" (GC)
Goidé mar atá ag éirí leat ? "How are you getting on ?" (GU)
Conas atá ag éirí leat ? "How are you getting on ?" (GM, CO)
(Corrections welcome.)
And that's not to say there aren't other ways to say it.
