Cosain an comhlacht seo. (singular - [you] defend), calling on each player to defend.
Cosnaímis . . . (plural - Let us defend . . .), everyone together.
"comhlacht" means "company, organisation" which can be used in the sense of "team, house".
Also, "teach" which literally means "house" seems OK.
"an fhoireann seo" = this team
Personally, I would venture this one: "Cosain an teach se'ainne" > (Each of you) defend this house of ours. ("se'ainne" is non-standard for "seo againne"). Sounds a little more personal to me. But you could simply say "Cosain an teach seo."
Wait for more input.
I would say "s'againne." That's what I usually see/hear, anyway.
