translation

Hi,
I wondered if anyone could help me with a translation? I am planning to have a tattoo in memeory of my mum who passed away last year. I would like the words in standard or old Gaelic if possible but as I have very little knowledge of the Irish language any advice would be great. (I am actually starting a course on beginners Irish pretty soon!)
the phrase I am looking at is: Over the rainbow
I will be so grateful if someone could help, I think the tattoo may help with my grieving in a funny kind of way.
I am also hoping to scatter the rest of my mums ashes back home in County Wicklow. Does anyone know if I will need permission for this? Mum was born in Bray but often spoke of the Sugar Loaf mountains so I thought this may be a good place to say my final goodbye to her?

Sorry for your loss.

I wonder what "over the rainbow" actually means. Made famous by Judy Garland of course, but I don't think it's a particularly common Irish expression.

Does "over" mean on the other side of the rainbow, or on top of the rainbow?

If the meaning is "on top of" or "above" then this is correct. But is there a H there, as "bogha" is masculine?

I don't see any problem spreading ashes anywhere.
There is no public health considerations with ashes.

One grammar question: TYI mentions that eclipsis for adjectives has ceased to be a regular feature of the language and is confined to the genitive plural and occasional use with the dative singular after the article. Although "báisteach" is a noun, is it functionally considered an adjective and would it be wrong to say "mbáistí"?

I've never seen any form of eclipsis in genitive attributes.
And there's no "mbáistighe" in corpas.ria.ie.
So, I'd think mbáistí is wrong.
