dia daoibh aríst,
would I be able to say something along the lines of "D'aontaigh formhór na hoifige léi" or does "formhór na hoifige" imply the actual space as opposed to the people in it? Would I be better saying something like "D'aontaigh formhór na ndaoine a oibríonn san oifig léi" ?

I'd say:
D'aontaigh formhór na ndaoine san oifig léi.Now, you might be thinking "doesn't that include anyone who was present in the office, not just the employees" but it would be equally a mistake to assume that everyone who is employed in an office actually does work.
