Now I'm planning to get a tattoo and i thougt it would be amazing if someone could translate my favourite quote.

I think the best way to say it would be "Tá chuile rud ionainn féin" although it would depend on what exactly you mean by the English.

Or maybe: Tá chuile rud againn ionainn féin ("We have everything inside ourselves")
