Most of you probably don't remember me. But I joined the forum a few months ago. Some work commitments have come up and I've been doing everything possible to keep up on my Irish studies despite also having two study for 3 professional certifications for work.

Any way, my real reason for posting this thread is that I have started using Memrise (http://memrise.com), it's kind of an advanced flashcard system and I was wondering if anyone was interested in collaborating on a few courses. I'd really like to do irregular verbs and vocabulary but I was hoping someone might be willing to make audio recordings for this. I have a group of friends in Brazil, many of whom do not speak English, that are very interested in Irish so I'm making the "courses" for speakers of both English and Portuguese. Since there is next to nothing of any quality about Irish in Portuguese lots of people would be very grateful to any of you that would be willing to assist. I'd also love to do several versions of the courses for different dialects of Irish as well. So if any would like to do the recordings, contact me via email and we can workout the details. There are already a lot of things on the site for Irish, but not very many that I have found with sound or that focus specifically on a Gaeltacht dialect.

I will be willing to do all of the tedious typing and other "grunt work" to keep things as simple as possible for other collaborators!

I've only got two more tests and my one of those is next weekend. Hopefully I will be able to participate a bit more come late spring!
