Now if there were a similar test on programming languages, I'd do much better.
Or if there was one on bad language and swear words.........

It wouldn't load for me...and the café is noisy

It keeps freezing when I have a high score, but I get all the languages from SE Asia, and East Asia, as well as the periphery of Europe. Places I haven't been (like India and Africa and central Europe) I can guess from pronunciation or loan words (Albanian has Italian words in it) but it's not easy

750, for while Ukrainian, Polish and Slovenian and Czech are obvious to me, I can't tell the difference between Russian, Portuguese and Bulgarian  (on repeated goes)

I find that interesting. I had heard that some people mistook Portuguese and Russian, Bulgarian is a first though. Catalan should also fall within that group, it sounds a lot like Portuguese (to us, at least).

I failed in the non European languages, mostly languages from South Asia which I never really listened before.

I've lived half my adult life in Asia and traveled to maybe only 1/3 of them, so some were clear and some very opaque.

Catalan sounds different enough to me, but the Russian thing is weird. I've been around Russians enough (even dated one) and worked with Bulgarians, yet from only hanging out with Ukrainians while traveling, I can pick them out easier, not by their sound, but by their accent.

It's odder still as I was able to follow some conversations in Russian in central asia, yet I've no idea of anything in Portugese
