phrase4:

Perhaps:

phrase1:
Tá leabhar na beatha á scríobhadh ag na soilse. "The book of life is written by the lights."

phrase2:
Tá leabhar na beatha lán de shoilse. "The book of life is filled with lights."

phrase3:
Tá na soilse ag scríobh leabhar na beatha. "The lights are writing the book of life."

phrase4:
Tá na soilse ag foilsiú na beatha. "The lights are telling about the life." (literally "disclosing/revealing life".)

Await correction or confirmation ...

Just another suggestion -

Scríobhann na soilse leabhar an tsaoil.

wait for confirmation of spelling

The lights write the book of life.

It is recommended that you always wait for three to agree on a translation.
I speak Connemara Irish, and my input will often reflect that.
I will do an mp3 file on request for short translations.
