Hi all! First of all i'd like to introduce myself, i'm Sean an 18 year old living in NJ. It is a tradition in my family to get irish or gaelic tattoos and i was hoping to get my first. I had a few ideas, but was hoping to get some further guidance and suggestions.

One idea was to get a Triquetra knot on my left pec, with a quote on my left bicep, my idea for a quote was to get "Take a breath" because i suffer from extreme anxiety and i have had to deal with it and "beat" it my entire life. If anyone could offer any translation for this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, i am open to suggestions, if anyone knows biblical quotes or sayings that gravitate around the idea of personal strength and overcoming something, that would be greatly appreciated as well. Thank you all and i hope to hear back!

-Sean

The literal translation for "Take a breath/Draw a breath"

Tarraing anáil

can also be used to mean "Take a rest".

There may be a more poetical manner to say this, so wait for other suggestions.
