Where is the funding to come from? Daltaí na Gaeilge is non-profit, the Irish Arts Centre is too small to give a great amount. New York City has students who speak over 300 different languages, If a school is built for Irish speakers, all the others will demand equal services. Other ethnicities utilize classes held after school and on weekends which are funded by the parents. This is what Daltaí and the Arts Centre do. Give some concrete, plausible ideas for this to happen

Even though I'm a big fan of Gaelscoileanna, it's a shame that the proponent didn't have someone proofread the English-language proposal (or at least what's at the link given). It's full of bad grammar and misspellings.
