Antone, notice that Scooby has highlighted the í in Bí. The accents are important in Irish. Try not to lose them.

Thank you Breandán for pointing out my typo through out my questioning I have tried to be good about the accents, I will be sure to be very detail oriented when it comes to doing up the stencils. One suggestion though. If I was saying 'Be strong' in the sense of Be/Remain Brave, Be/Remain of Good Courage, etc. I would use:
Bíodh misneach agat!

Yes, Braoin, normally I would have suggested that or Coinnigh do mhisneach ! "Keep up your courage!" but this is for a knuckle tattoo and Antone is limited to 8 letters.

They would certainly be alternatives for the longer phrase:

Bíodh misneach agat agus bí dílis duit féin.

Coinnigh do mhisneach agus bí dílis duit féin.
