Looks good, though the poet in me wants to qualify "grá" a bit...maybe "mo mhíle grá" or "mo ghrá geal."

No, I don't think it's béarlachas at all. And Irish has "ar an tseachtain seo (chugainn/a chuaigh thart/caite)" where English would have no preposition.

I'd leave out "on this day" and just say "I married my love" and the date.
Phós mé mo ghrá geal. [date]

I don't quite follow the logic there, but your Irish is much better than mine so I will take your word for it .

Now I think about it, I'm sure I have seen Ar an lá deireanach - On the last day.
But I've also seen, (without the preposition), An lá arna mhárach - On the following day, would you put ar there?

Is it only before the article you'd use ar?
And would it be wrong to leave it out?

Sorry to be such a nuisance.

(Ar Dé Domhnaigh - On Sunday sounds a bit strange to me.)
