Cad a dhéanann seo a rá (not sure if that is correct, is it?)

"Bíonn urú i ndiaidh "i" nuair nach bhfuil "an" ná "na" leis an ainmfhocal"

I am assuming it means when there is no "an" or "na" BEFORE the ainmfhocal??

Is that right?

"before" would be roimh - leis is "with".
