There is a difference in the pronunciation: coillteoir, if it means woodsman, would be /ki:lʼˈto:rʼ/ (or /ki:lʼˈho:rʼ/. ie. caoilteoir is the actual pronunciation.
If it means "gelder" the pronunciation is /kəilʼˈto:rʼ/ or /kəilʼˈho:rʼ/, ie. cailteoir is the pronunciation, where the first syllable has the vowel found in the first syllable of aighneas.
