I guessed"Ó thaobh cultúr"
If this is correct ,do I need to say"chultúr".

I know there is "dearcadh" but I think this may be mor of an outlook or stance/opinion.

Ó thaobh an chultúir de is normally recommended by the Standardised Irish crowd.

I am unsure why it is so common to add a de at the end: ó thaobh an chultúir de.
I think it is correct to say óm thaobh féin de (which is given in FGB), because the de relates to the thing that taobh refers to (= óm thaobh féin den scéal). In other words de refers to an scéal. I don't see why the de is in there in ó thaobh an chultúir de, and I can't find a single instance of this in Peadar Ua Laoghaire's Irish.

I dtaobh cultúir - this would correspond to Ua Laoghaire's Irish better. He has many sentences with i dtaobh in like this, and none with ó thaobh.
