Are there any books (or even a website or web page) that deal solely with gender in Irish? Or can anyone advise me on how to master gender in Irish. Any help is appreciated.

I don't know anything specific on gender, but you might like Carnie's book on Irish Nouns. It creates a new declension system of 10 classes instead of the 5 based on Latin, and is a fairly thorough study of the nouns as best as I can recall, so it does deal with gender.

I'm probably better off looking for something that deals with nouns as a whole.

Man, that book is steep though. Even the Kindle edition starts at £70, and they're selling it on the book depository for €123.

Do you know of any other good books on nouns?
