What I want to inscribe is something that expresses along the line of
"My Sons, My Life " or " My Sons, My everything"

I have searched and came up with "Mo chlann mhac, Mo chuid den tsaol"
Also I want to write it in old Irish font, where the h is dropped and a dot over the c and m - can anyone assit me with that?

Yes, that translation works for what you want. Note that Mo chuid den tsaol literally means "My bit of the/this [great big] world", but has a figurative meaning which fits "my everything" very well. Another version of it is Mo chuid den tsaol mhór, which brings in the "great big world" part more clearly.
