Oh yes, I should have specified Conamara. Sorry...been a while since I've needed to make a request.

For the first, I want to ask further if the "leaving them behind" is a planned activity or something they're discussing as a possibility (trying to decide whether to use future tense or conditional mode here. You used conditional in your English, but the lines are less clearly drawn in Irish)

Yes, leaving the rest of the group behind is what's intended here. This is what the speaker is suggesting. He wants/plans to leave them behind.

Do you mean literally "on the road", on a particular road. Or "on the way" sometime during the journey?
I mean a particular road. They're getting back on the same road they were driving on before, and they both know what road it is. Technically it's an interstate but I figure that's kind of an American thing and hard to translate? So "road" will suffice.

Bríd could you please help me with
Beidh vs. Bheadh
mbóthar vs. mbealach
Can someone please do a straight translation of each of these two so I can see the difference between them:
Níl spraoi ar bith ansin. Is beag an spóirt a bheadh ann.
