I may be mistaken but I don't think we can use the autonomous with ag like that (I've tried and been pulled up by higher beings for doing so.) I think we may need to use a construction like:

An mbíonn úsáid á bhaint as ag fir agus ag mná chomh maith?
Bríd has suggested a better way below.

Hopefully some of those people are still watching and can verify this or show us the right way.
