Yes, that translation works for what you want. Note that
Mo chuid den tsaol literally means "My bit of the/this [great big] world", but has a figurative meaning which fits "my everything" very well. Another version of it is
Mo chuid den tsaol mhór, which brings in the "great big world" part more clearly.
