This is fordhaonna in Quo Vadis (neart fordhaonna)
Dinneen says under for- that this is pronounced fór- when attached to a word of 2 or more syllables. Is this /'fo:r-ˌɣe:nə/ with a primary and secondary stress as shown, or the other way round?
