Thank you! The phrase Let Them is referring to stop trying to control things or people you can't, like back off and just let things happen, let people leave or mess up etc. So would Scaoil Leo be the most appropriate for that?

Lig dóibh ("let to-them") is literal the nearest to English (because lig = let).
It can be used for "let" in a lot of meanings (see the dictionary https://www.focloir.ie/en/dictionary/ei/let)

Bíodh acu (lit. "be (it) at-them") might be an alternative. It means: Don’t mind them, Let them (I don’t care).
