A request that came to a friend of mine (someone wanted to know how to say "a dream come true" for a wedding) got me to thinking...is there an idiomatic Irish phrase that would convey the same basic meaning? If not, and you had to go literal, what would you use for "dream" (in this case, something more like a "wish" or "desire")?
