Hi everyone!

I'm new to Irish, but I have spent a year in China and I passed the HSK level 6 exam (highest level exam in mainland China to test foreigners' proficiency), so if anyone is would like to learn Chinese and teach Irish that would be great. I would especially be able to help in understanding concepts that are hard for natives to teach but things someone who learned Chinese as a second language had to think about.

I'd be interested in this, as I'm really getting interested in Classical Chinese philosophy (I have way too much time on my hands) and Chinese culture and whatnot. I'd also possibly consider the one with programming languages as well. I'm decent at Python, but still learning Java and C++, and trying to find a job.

I think you have to get 10 posts first. Not sure if you can respond if I send you one.

Tá éad orm. Rinne mé staidéar ar an bhfisic agus tá mé ag foghlaim níos mó cóid. An bhfuil poist go leor ar fáil in Éirinn leis? Sin an áit atá mé ag iarraidh bheith i mo chónaí.

Tá. Is iad so a leanas na príomhtheangacha in Éirinn (agus iad leagtha amach d'réir an mhéid postanna le fáil ina mbainfeá úsáid as an dteanga san)

Javascript
Java
C# nó VB.Net (an .Net Framework)
Python
C++ (an teanga is deacra dar liom)
C
Perl
Ruby

Bhíos im' fhisiceoir leis, agus d'éiríos as, mar sin tá a fhios agam go bhfuil postanna cóid le fáil in Éirinn do fhisiceoirí. :)

Go hiontach. Go raibh míle maith agat. Cén suíomh a mholann tú a bheith ag lorg? An mbeidh mé in ann mar Meiriceánach gan EU citizenship? Rinne mé cupla rud i Python agus tá mé ag féachaint ar iad a dhéanamh i Java. Mar "portfolio".

Mholfainn IrishJobs.ie

I dtaobh Java, bheadh sé ina chúnamh ana-mhaith agat má tá na rudaí nua a bhaineann le Java 8 a bheith ar eolas agat, "Lambdas" mar shampla. (agus "threads" a tháinig le Java 5) Teanga nua 'sea í Java 8 nách mór.
