like in -

I know what to say.
I know what to ask.

I suppose context might play a part, but the way I read these statements, the implied word 'should' is left out in English. So something along the lines of one of these, perhaps:

Tá a fhios agam cad is cóir (dom) a dhéanamh.
...is gá (dom)
...is ceart (dom)

Tá a fhios agam céard 'tá le déanamh (agam).

Tuigim...
