Probably "Ó hAodhagán" [pr. ó hay gán]
but wait for people with reference books to confirm it.

It is recommended that you always wait for three to agree on a translation.
I speak Connemara Irish, and my input will often reflect that.
I will do an mp3 file on request for short translations.

According to Irish Identity.com, it's Ó hÁgáin.

Crossed with Bríd. Her thought makes a lot more sense to me from a phonetic standpoint.

MacLysaght agrees, but adds, interestingly: "It is fairly well established that this name was originally Ó hÒgáin (from óg, young)", but he does not explain the transition.

An Sloinnteoir Gaeilge agus an t-Ainmneoir agrees with Ó hÁgáin...

I'm just taking a guess but Ó hÓ hAodhagáin (possibly firery one/ or one with hair like fire) might have been an older spelling form of Ó hÁgáin

Ó hÓgáin does make sense too.

Ó hÁgáin- looks like it was made up from the English rather than the other way aroud- Anybody else get that impression.
