Unpicking the 'modernized' spelling is a faulty process, and it seems that there are both formatting errors, and spelling errors in the original.

Would it not be fine if we could make this a good and proper edition.

I can only do the donkey work.
Now is the time for scholars to make his into what it should be.

A real Irish book, written in real Irish, by a Real Irishman, who had the privilage to live during the renaisance of the Irish Language, before the Politically C.O.rrect screwed it all up.

Dave Webb has transcribed about 100 pages of MSF, and he agrees that the reading he has can be used NOT FOR PROFIT.
If some people out there can do some transcribing, we can get this done too in not many weeks.
If you leave it all to me, it could be a matter of months, and that will stall my other projects which I value.
I'll report back in a few days, and post the results.

He has actually got to about 3/4 way down page 61, to the end of chapter VIII.
That is 55 of his pages, which I doubled as a guestimate.

So if we have any takers, That is where you'll have to start, on chapter 9.
