I know so little about Irish and the grammar that I am just going off others knowledge. Gumbi- thanks for your extended knowledge, as well. Sorry it has taken so long to reply. Work has been ridiculous. It really means a lot that so many are willing to help me with this.

Comfort me in sorrow - Tabhair sólas dom is mé faoi bhrón
I beg (you) forgiveness...above - Iarraím/impím maithiúnas (ort), nach dtagann ach ó neamh

Slight typo "sólás". Or is "sólas" a dialectal variation?
