Foras na Gaeilge has produced a really bad resource for Munster pronunciation at teanglann.ie. The speakers aren't carefully selected to have good pronunciation, and sometimes don't appear to know the pronunciations of the words they're reading. Take miorr at https://www.teanglann.ie/en/fuaim/miorr with no Irish r in the word as pronounced by their stand-out worst speaker. This doesn't sound like an Irish word at all.

Some of these audio snippets for Munster are read by sláine ní chathalláin (if I’m recognizing her voice correctly).
This might be her speaking, and if so, she would typically tap r’s in connected speech.
But one thing I’ve noticed with native speakers pronouncing single words in isolation is that there is a tendency (for whatever reason) to use English r’s - especially word finally.
So that may be what’s happening here.

But if I were to guess I’d wonder if this were a generated audio sample based on input from sláine’s voice.
