I was watching the programme Comhrá on TG4 last Thursday, the person being interviewed was Deglán Turraoin an amatuer actor from Old Parish in County Waterford.

He recitied a beautiful poem as Gaeilge and mentioned something about Risteard De Hindeberg when he was finished. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Risteard_De_Hindeberg

The poem was all about being proud to be a Gael and the writer having the same blood and bones as his ancestors.

I tried in vain searching the net. If anyone has any idea of the name of the poem I'd be thankful to get a reply.
