Im trying to figure out in what context the two words I have for dignity can be used (perhaps both?)
Gradam and Maorgacht.

What im looking for is my dignity.

so something like

"Cá beag duit airgead do bheith agat , an bhainfeá mo mhaorgacht díom leis, a thoice bhig,"

Please feel free to correct my sentence if you can understand it

Gradam is "an honor" or "dignity" and Maorgacht is "standing" in the social sense, if that makes sense. At least that is how I understand them.


Perhaps an mhóráil:

An bhainfeá an mhóráil díom leis?

However I'm not sure if that only applies if you "had it coming", i.e. you were being rude and somebody took you to task for it.
