What about - Sin é an grá. -That's love.
It can be positive or negative depending on your own perspective.


If I was in a situation where I had to accept something happening because of love, then I could easily say:
That's love - or 'Sin é an grá!'
So I second Brid's translation.

Perhaps:

(An é seo) an chaoi a bhíonn an grá ag imeacht
"(Is this) the way love goes."

imeacht has the sense of "go" as in "progress, happen" as well as "to leave".

Thank you everyone. I'm going to scrap the whole idea because seems to complicated to translate and I've started a new post with what I hope is a much simpler idea. Please check it out.
