Click 'User Control Panel' on the top right corner of the screen.
Under 'Options' on the left side of the new screen, click 'Profile'.
Under 'Options' on the left side of the new screen, click 'Edit avatar'.
In the main section of the new screen, there are a number of options for uploading a picture.
After selecting the picture of your choice, click 'submit'.
I hope that works....

Make it a good one!

You'll have to wait till you have made a few more posts first. Once you reach the required number, you'll be automatically upgraded to a regular user and will have access to an avatar, a signature and PMs.

Sorry for the inconvenience but it is designed to deter spammers - and to test everybody's patience. :stoning:

Ooops! I forgot about the ten posts requirement.

After you have posted ten times, we all get to vote on whether they were qualilty posts or not. You need ten people to give you ten out of ten to gain access......

Obviously, I'm only kidding! (I have to add that or Breandán will worry that I will scare you away!)

It won't be long before you have ten posts and then I hope my instructions work....

:prof: Oh, well, if I've succeeded in teaching you anything, at least it's that.
