From Cnósach Focal:
mionmhach, pronounced mionúch. From p226,
Quote:
sóinní: leghiseanna i bhfuirm deoch .. tá seó saighseanna aici á n-ollmhú i gcóir di dho, e.g. mionmhach, caisearbhán, teanga edhneáin, meadhg (dh)á bhainne, & mar sin.

It would seen likely that mionúch is a herb or preparation, but I can't find out the meaning.

I now think this is "fairy flax", mionbhach in Dinneen's dictionary. See http://corpas.ria.ie/index.php?fsg_func ... sg_id=4026
