I've slowly been working on the phonetic pronunciation of the full version of St. Patricks Breastplate as can be found in this post:

I'm currently working on this part:

It's a pretty amazing website. I can get someone to read it from northern, middle or southern Ireland. That being said I still could use a bit of help.

Trindóit: chrin-dot ?? I'm definitely hearing a Ch as in "chug" followed by an r sound

Treodatad: This also seems to start with a Ch sound and then Oh

Am i correct here? Is there some sort of general rule where Tr makes a Ch sound?

As far as translation, that post says it translate to:
The invocation of the trinity,
The belief in the threeness,

It doesn't make any sense to try to use abair.ie to find out the pronunciation of Old Irish, a language no-one has spoken for 1,000+ years. The current word for Trinity is tríonóid, not trindóit. I think what you are looking for is a course in modern Irish. I would suggest the 1961 edition of Teach Yourself Irish.
