This is from Cómhar. Faoi réir cúinsí reatha. I can't find faoi réir in dictionaries. Does it mean the same as "de réir"? According to?

More or less means "according to". A closer translation would probably be "subject to".

I'd use "faoi réir" as getting something ready.
Tá an seomra faoi réir don chruinniú.
The room is ready for the meeting.

But as Gumbi pointed out there are more meanings too.
