How would you say "My favorite Irish songs are 'Grace' and 'The Parting Glass'"?

My guess is:

Is iad 'Grace' agus 'The Parting Glass' m'amhrain Éireannach is fearr.

How close am I, and any alternate suggestions?

First, Doh! Forgot to put Irish in the plural form.
Second, would you use the collective noun format if you were talking about favorite stories, cities, books, etc?

Just to be clear, are you saying this is a preferable form or an alternate form?

:good:

Vitaee's an my translation doesn't mean "favourite" but "best".
So, we actually did say "my best songs" :panic:

There's no adjective "favourite" in Irish.
You use a relative clause "is fearr liom" ("which is better with me") or "is gile liom" instead. "My" is already included (liom)
