I already have a tattoo which says 'Taim Laidir' (I am strong), I hope this is correct! I now want one that says I am enough and am getting contradictory information. Can someone suggest what the correct irish should be?

Correct only with accents: Táim láidir.

I have had either:

Is mise go leor

OR

Is leor mise

OR Ta me go leor

Which is correct?

Táim láidir = If you don't have them already when getting the next tattoo put those accents in. And in the right direction.

Is leor mé.
Is leor mise.

I think they'd work. (Mise and Mé are the same pronoun, "mise" just adds emphasis).

The other two options are both wrong.


Is mise do dhóthain = I am enough for you
Is mise mo dhóthain = I am enough for myself

But just: Ní beag mé ... Wouldn't it rather be read verbatim: I'm not (a) small (thing)?"
I'm not familiar with that expression, but if Labhrás says it then it's probably correct, and is a Munsterism maybe.


Like in English there is more than one way to say something correctly.
