My family is part Irish (grandmother was born in Ireland before eventually moving to Alaska, which is where we all are now). Irish culture has always been a big deal in my familly, and I would really love the words "Love is Everything" in Gaelic as a tattoo. Been wanting this for ages but the translation process has always been my hinderance. Any sugguestions or help would be greatly appreciated!!!

A direct translation wouldn't really work, I think.
Perhaps:

Is é an grádh an rud is tábhachtaighe. (traditional orthography)
Is é an grá an rud is tábhachtaí. (caighdeán orthography)

Literally "Love is the most important thing".
(Others should have alternative suggestions).

This is probably much longer than what you want, but when I read your post I thought of the famous "Love" passage in 1 Corinthians 13:13:

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Tá trí nithe ann atá buan, más ea, creideamh dóchas agus grá, ach is é an grá an ní is mó orthusan.

Perhaps something like "Is é an grá an ní is mó"?
