Could you help me translate this prayer into Irish please?

Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in Thee

So far the only suggestion I've had is A Chroí ró-Naofa Críost, ionatsa a chuirim m'iontaoibh but I don't know if that's correct.

I am from Northern Ireland but am sorry to say I don't speak a word of Irish but it's a beautiful language and it's never too late to learn right?

Almost correct. 'Críost' (and it should be 'Chríost anyway) = 'Christ'. 'Jesus' is 'Íosa'.
The "official standard" spelling is now 'Rónaofa', but the two most famous dictionaries give 'Ró-Naofa', so take your pick.
I think that 'mo mhuinín' might be more common than 'm'iontaoibh' in Ulster Irish, but both are fine.

So: A Chroí Rónaofa/Ró-Naofa Íosa, ionatsa a chuirim mo mhuinín/m'iontaoibh

I've never heard "iontaoibh" before.
