The Irish can be a little antiquated but It is interesting to see just how old some some songs still sung in Ireland today actually are, songs such as An Bonnán Buí or Cill Chais. And best of all for learners of Irish, it has English translations on the facing pages.

That's a handy book, Thomas Kinsella is an excellent translator. His translation of the Táin is probably the best translation of it.
