I think a d'iarraidh would be do d'iarraidh in Standard, and i d'iomláine would be i d'iomlán.

Clare originally had a mixture of Munster and Connacht Irish. The best person to ask would be someone from Inis Oírr.

Standardising what Bríd has given us:

Táim do d'iarraidh i d'iomlán. "I want all of you"

Looking at what you had:

ba mhaith liom "I would like".

That's a polite way of saying "I want" but maybe a bit too polite for a declaration of love, etc.

go hiomlán "completely" (seems to modify the verb, more than "you")

go deo "forever"
Munster also uses go brách
mise agus tusa "you and me"
gach lá "every day" (CO)
chuile lá "every day" (CG)
chaon lá "every day" (GM)

So, the second line looks okay for CO.

Putting it together

Táim agus beidh mé do d'iarraidh i d'iomlán,
go deo, mise agus tusa, gach lá.

"I want all of you,
forever, you and me, every day."

For more of a Munster leaning:

Teastaíonn tú agus teastóidh tú uaim i d'iomlán,
go brách, mise agus tusa, chaon lá.

Ah, I see. I was looking under iomlán in Ó Dónaill, which gives ina iomlán for "in its entirety".

So, apparently both are correct, but since Bríd's is not incorrect, there is no need for correction.

My version was from Conamara.
This is the standard, and Munster, version from Breandán.
You can go with this.

Remember if using the old font you use the dots. But if using a modern font you replace the dots with Hs.

I can't confirm my own translation. That has to be done by somebody else.
