Hahaha thank you, Rach. I think I grate on people sometimes because I post too much despite only having studied Irish for less than two years. I am a little over-enthusiastic!

It's not so much that "they" is difficult to translate -- it is that there are many more choices in Irish than in English. All of the above seem to me perfectly accurate translations and I would not dissuade you from using any of them.
