yeah, "baiser (quelqu'un)" to say "to kiss (someone)" is literary and old-fashioned, I think nobody would say it with that meaning, indeed it means "to f*ck" in the speech of 99,99% of the people now (it's slang and vulgar); to kiss is "embrasser".
