I want to get a tattoo across my upper back that says "In loving Memory" or "In memory of" or something along those lines as a memento to my family members that passed away, and I was wondering if there was a direct translation for that or something similar.

To start the ball rolling: 'I ndilchuimhne ar mo mhuintir' (In loving memory of my family/people/kin)

I can second this. Just to add, if you want to list the names of family members after it, you can just say "I ndilchuimhne ar" ("In loving memory of") and then put the names.
