That translation looks alright but it's literally "If there isn't any belief/faith in your heart, nothing is possible." In my very non-professional opinion, it sounds like good Irish to me because it is expressed in the negative.
The following are more or less literal, but I'm not sure if I would recommend either of them.
Is féidir aon rud, má tá creideamh agat ionat féin. . . . if you have belief in yourself.
Is féidir aon rud má chreideann tú ionat féin. . . . if you believe in yourself.
Also, as this is for a tattoo, wouldn't you prefer something shorter? I can't think of anything right now off the top of my head.
