go léir ("all") is an adverb, used like an adjective. It can't probably be used without a noun.

So better:
in ainneoin / d’ainneoin gach uile rud = in spite of all
or: d’ainneoin chuile rud / d’ainneoin an uile rud

ardú mé lit. "elevation I" or "to raise I" Grammatically wrong.
Ardú is a noun or a verbal noun, usually used like an infinitive in English ("to raise, to elevate") or a gerund ("raising")

But a finite verb form is needed:
ardaím = I raise
ardóidh mé (or: ardód) = I will raise
d’ardaigh mé (or: d’ardaíos) I raised, I have raised
d’ardóinn = I would raise
tá mé ag ardú = I am raising

But I wonder what the English phrase is you want to translate:

I raise myself up.(?)

I suppose it's the oft requested "Still I rise".

"in spite of all, I('ll) raise" I'd think.

Well, the OP is clearly aiming for 'despite/in spite of all' - changing it from the less strong 'still' of the poem's title.
However, unlike 'ardaigh', which is both transitive and intransitive, the verb 'raise' is transitive only - so with 'ardú mé' the OP is hoping for 'I('ll) rise'(presumably).
