"íobróidh mé" (I will sacrifice) can't stand alone following the ar son (for ..) phrase, though it can in English. It must be connected with a relative particle.
Or you use normal word order: Íobróidh mé ar son na ndaoine a bhfuil grá agam dóibh (I will sacrifice for ...)

In case you like an Irish font (you'd spare a letter: the h):

Ar son na ndaoine a ḃfuil grá agam dóiḃ a íobróiḋ mé.
Íobróiḋ mé ar son na ndaoine a ḃfuil grá agam dóiḃ.

Looks good to me, only Labhrás explains above why he prefers

Ar son na ndaoine a bhfuil grá agam dóibh a íobróidh mé

or

Íobróidh mé ar son na ndaoine a bhfuil grá agam dóibh.

I'm not sure which is best although I am fairly sure the second one above is correct grammar.

OK, I see the reason for the added "a". It's effectively like saying:
"[It's] for the sake of the people whom I love that I will sacrifice"
