I have just recalled for you the entirety of the song in Irish. I do not know if it is originally in Irish or in English, but the Irish is good, so it at least is not a modern translation.




Anyway, the last two lines of the song are (as above):
"Tá aon chruit amháin le do mholadh go binn, (there is a single harp to praise you sweetly)
is aon lann amháin le do shaoradh!" (and a single blade to free you)

That is probably what you want for your tattoo.

I've never heard that Irish version a Chumhaí. Does it also contain the last two verses of the song, which are the following (at least in the version I know)?

The Minstrel fell, but the foe-man’s chain
could not bring that proud soul under.

for he tore its cords asunder.

And said no chain shall sully thee,
thou soul of love and bravery.
Thy songs were made for the pure and free.
They shall never sound in slavery.

I found the words to the other verses online, though in a version using old spelling forms and in a few cases some wording that looks almost like Scottish Gaelic (like "ann" for "in"). Here are all four verses in that version. I'm also changing the subject heading a bit, so that people can see that the thread is about the original request, but also about the song itself. A translation was provided at the site where I found this Irish text, but it was the traditional English-language version of the song, and not a direct translation of the Irish.

Do thriall chun cath’ óg laoch na rana,
lár namhaid Éireann ársaighe,
lann a athar fáisgthe air go teann,
ann aonfhacht le n-a chláirsigh.
